Should Congress delegate to Pres. Bush Congress's authority to set the terms of U.S. trade agreements?

Yes, President Bush should be given more authority to design U.S. trade agreements and expand the NAFTA-WTO model which gives corporations more rights.

No, President Bush doesn't deserve any more authority - over anything - much less over the structure of the global economy.

Absolutely not. If Bush can bungle pretzel consumption, he should not be trusted with authority over international trade policy.
