They are non responsive to the homeowners. They do not follow their own covenants. The management company is rude and unavailable.
Thanks for putting this up. I'm glad I'm not alone in my frustartion with them.
Amen, let the masses speak. this is by far the wors HOA I have ever been involved with.
I can see the purpose of the HOA, but the management company is the worst.
What else can we do?
We have tried to contact the HOA numerous times, but only get an answering machine. We've left messages and still have not been helped. We moved here one year ago and still do not have a pool key. We are also trying to put up a fence but can't move forward until the HOA gives the okay.

We been here for 6 six yeras. Had this house built. Select management is a joke. This neighborhood is falling apart. We would be better without them.

In this neighborhood, with all the apathy, it will NEVER happen!
The Board president was right... people want to bitch, but don't want to get involved to help facilitate change!
I tryed many times to get on the board and never did.... I do not like the HOA & Management company. I think it's a waste of money. I think it's pretty stupid if you want to improve the value of your property you HAVE TO ASK FOR PERMISSION.. Are we school kids again. I know I don't like being treated like a school kid. If I knew how to get rid of t

I don't think the issue should be whether or not to have our HOA...has anyone seen some of the "artistic" houses just a few neighborhoods away where there is no HOA?? I, personally, would not want to live next door to, say, a lime green house with orange trim or a front yard that has the amazon rain forest growing in it. I am in agreement, howev
The board of directors do not pick up certified mail to notifiy them of problems. Select Management does not answer letters or respond to phone calls because they are not the management company. Select Management has never filed a valid change in management certificate as required under texas law, they do not sent out monthly statements notifying
