I work in a law office and i know for a fact that paris sentence should be 1 year in jail plus other charges so she is lucky that it's only 45 days, But i do think she should do the 45 days in jail because other judge i know for a fact would have giving her the MAX!!!!!!

She was charged with DUI/DWI. Many have been there. They go to court; take the admonishment; pay the fines; and do the community service. If they had behaved as she had, they would have had worse sentencing which included contempt of court. She violated probation. She got off easy with 45 days.
