What do you think of the way Disney designs shows?

They take little tidbits and plots from previously aired shows and create a new series. Basically, having an uncreative mind and fails to think outside the box?

Disney has great ideas for shows and a dynamite plot but they choose the actors/actresses to portray these charactors poorly?

They are totally awesome!!!!! Plot is good!!!! Actors/Actresses are Good!!!!! Everything is fabulous!!!!!!
