catch is of more mature content, a little grown than before. a little more meaningful i think.
all three are so great. Leitmotif is not like the other two (heavier and more rockish) and is less mature. El Cielo is definately a concept album with a different, progressive sound. Catch puts it all together with awesome song after song.

They're all extremely conceptual. Leitmotif is literally a story turned into an album. El Cielo I would have to say is the most artistic and conceptual of the three though.
In my opinion, El Cielo is one of the greatest CDs ever made. Each time I listen to it I am swept up on an emotional journey. It's unconventional song structures, smooth sound and descriptive lyrics are what make it so incredible to me. i discovered dredg by first listening to Catch Without Arms, so i would have to say that it is my favorite even after listening to the other two albums.
I heard dredg for the first time when they were performing leitmotif live, just after its release. It was the first time i was ever awestruck by this band. one of the most amazing performaces i've ever been privileged enough to witness. I've been listening and going to shows since 2000. I have to say, El Cielo is one of the greatest albums of our
El Cielo in my opinion is just a way better album than Catch Without Arms (and especially Leitmotif). Catch Without Arms just has too many songs that are not good.
catch without arms shoots its concept in a more concrete way than Leitmotif. I can say Leitmotif takes me deeper into inspiration than any other of those.
it's a rough choice. i love all the catchy rythms of cwa and think it a more public pleasing album but i love el cielo. i love music, i love art. its the perfect and most meaningful album.
